DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
BetaTools (betatools.xyz) respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the tools and creators featured on this site to be treated fairly too. This page explains how copyright and trademark owners can contact us about content in our directory, and what happens next.
How We Use Tool Names and Logos
BetaTools is a directory and review publication. We list third-party AI tools and write editorial reviews about them. Tool names, logos and occasional screenshots appear in our listings only to identify the tool being reviewed and to help readers recognise it — the same way a newspaper names the product it is reviewing. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not claim ownership, partnership or endorsement. We do not host or distribute the tools themselves, and we do not copy paid content from tool websites.
Our Original Content
The reviews, articles and other text we publish are our own original work. If you believe that any content on betatools.xyz infringes your copyright — for example, text, an image or other material that belongs to you — you can ask us to remove or correct it using the process below.
How to Send a Removal or Correction Request
Please send your notice through our Contact page. To help us act quickly, include:
- Your full name and the company or organisation you represent, if any
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL on betatools.xyz where the material appears
- A short explanation of the problem — for example, unauthorised use of your text or image, or incorrect or outdated branding
- A statement that you are the rights owner, or are authorised to act for the rights owner
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and made in good faith
- Enough contact information in your message for us to reply to you
Tool owners who simply want their listing’s facts, logo or links corrected — rather than removed — are welcome to use the same route, and we will update the listing promptly.
What Happens Next
When we receive a complete and valid notice, we review it promptly. If the claim is justified, we will remove or correct the material in question as quickly as we reasonably can. If a notice is incomplete or unclear, we may reply and ask for the missing details before acting.
Counter-Notice
If your content or listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake — for example, because you own the rights, have permission to use the material, or the use qualifies as fair use for review and identification — you may send a counter-notice through our Contact page. Please explain why you believe the removal was wrong and include your contact details. We will review counter-notices in good faith and may restore the material where appropriate.
Repeat Policy
We take repeated infringement seriously. Material that is repeatedly the subject of valid complaints will be permanently removed, and we will not knowingly continue to publish content that infringes the same owner’s rights.
